Join Solas Nua for a party celebrating the 20th anniversary of Alan Parker's iconic film, The Commitments, which charts the travails of Jimmy Rabbitte and his posse of misfits as they attempt to bring soul music to Dublin.
Proceeds from the event will go toward the Capital Irish Film Festival, the largest Irish Film Festival in the U.S. which is produced by Solas Nua.

DC our mission is to bring the best new artistic talent from Ireland to
audiences in America. We achieve this through unique programming which includes
a full theatre season, visual arts exhibitions, literary events including the DC
Irish Writers Festival, Irish Book Day, and the Capital Irish Film Festival.
